THE BLOOMINGDALE’S SHOPPING BENEFIT
On October 26, 2006, Bloomingdale’s will host “The Shopping Benefit” at the following participating Florida stores:
5840 Glades Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33431
19555 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura, FL 33180
8778 SW 136th St. Miami, FL 33176
3105 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
4152 Conroy Rd., Orlando, FL 32839
Ticket holders will receive a 15-20% discount on almost everything in the store, including designer handbags,
perfumes, and other items normally excluded from coupons! So if you live in Florida and you and your friends shop
at Bloomingdale’s this is the perfect opportunity to save money AND support CFXF!
Tickets for the event are $10.00 and are only available through CFXF by mail or on line. Tickets are valid ONLY
during the Shopping Benefit Event on October 26, 2006. Conquer Fragile X will keep 100% of the proceeds from
our direct ticket sales prior to the event.
Order your tickets by completing the Bloomingdale’s Shopping Benefit CFXF Ticket order form below and mailing
with your payment to: CFXF, PO Box 128, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Or, go to our website at www.cfxf.org and click
on the “Order Bloomingdale’s tickets” button. You will receive your tickets by mail within one week of your order!
This event is open to all, so tell your friends and family about this special offer through CFXF.
Tickets will also be on sale at Bloomingdale’s Customer Service Center two weeks prior to the event, and again on
the day of the event. The funds from the Customer Service Center sales will be combined with the day-of-the-event
ticket sales and divided among all charities that sold 200 or more tickets. This allows CFXF to benefit from the event
three times, first from the direct ticket sales, second from the tickets sold by the Bloomingdale’s Customer Service
Centers two weeks prior to the event, and finally the day-of-the-event sales.

You can also order the tickets online right here on our web site. |
