THE ADOLESCENT & ADULT PROJECT

Smoothing the Transition to Successful Adulthood

AAP Binder Cover

Welcome to the National Fragile X Foundation's Adolescent & Adult Project video vignettes with additional resources. These materials are the result of a more than two-year effort by a team of professionals, parents and NFXF staff members. As you use the materials, we encourage you to first view the video vignettes before reading the supporting materials.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we are able to provide the following information to you, on our website, at no charge. However, the Foundation recommends that you consider purchasing the complete 123-page, 3-ring binder, along with the DVD containing all eleven vignettes. Owning the complete set will allow it to be more easily shared with and used by family members, employers, educators, counselors, doctors and staff in different living settings.
Purchase the DVD and binder.

The National Fragile X Foundation is committed to improving the lives of adolescents and adults with fragile X syndrome. We hope you'll agree that these materials are a beginning and, as always, we would welcome your feedback.
