About UsOur resource center was established in 1995 by Tammy and Andy Selinger, who are the parents of two full mutation children, Jodi and Brian. Over the next 13 years, the group maintained a presence in Connecticut by involvement in awareness activities, emotional and educational support as well as state and federal advocacy. Our goals include strengthening our group, and increasing our fundraising activities.
