The
Many Faces of Fragile X Syndrome
The purpose of the photo page is to show
the many wonderful faces of persons with fragile X syndrome and to
highlight their successes. Parents are encouraged to send a photo of
their child along with a short statement about his or her strengths,
accomplishments and/or favorite activities. For space purposes we ask
that only one photo be submitted per child and that statements be
40 words (approximately 250 characters) or less. (Example: "John
loves hiking. His favorite classes are social studies and PE. At home
he always does his chores! He recently learned to ride a bike and rode
5 miles with the family. He has a wonderful smile and a great sense
of humor.")
Please complete the following form, attach your photo and click the
submit button. Photos will be sent to our webmaster and uploaded approximately
once per week.
