The Virginia Fragile X Resource Group believes that by joining together our voices will be heard. The more people that hear about Fragile X Syndrome, the closer we will come to having a cure. Along the way, we hope that we can help and heal each other as we triumph through the challenges with which we are presented. 

The group has expanded its efforts to unite families across the state, to raise awareness for Fragile X Syndrome and to raise funds for research and finding a cure for Fragile X. Our 2006 endeavors include reaching out to newly diagnosed families and families still searching for answers. We plan to increase our fundraising goals and continue to offer support to affected families with social gatherings, seminars, and expert consultations. We hope that we can include you in our endeavors, at whatever level you feel comfortable.
